4. Read. Don’t forget to read widely, insanely and frequently.

5. Write down ideas that come into your head otherwise you lose them.

6. Be careful who you show unfinished drafts of your manuscript.

7. Buy a dictionary and use it.

8. Study the book market if you want to get published.

9. Not everything you write you want to get published. It might be too personal.

10. You need persistance to become a writer. No one said it was easy.
